“Channeling to self” is an interactive light installation that reflects emotions. My idea is to generate a meditative form of Mark Rothko-like paintings that reflects viewers’ inner state with two controllable nobs that are connected to the led painting. We also want to reflect on the undecided inner state caused by the current pandemic situation. When we are less attached to the physical world around us, our hearts are filled with more complex emotions.
